Brother Koskinen was initiated on May 10, 1958 at the Duke University's Beta Lambda Chapter as a member of the Graduating Class of 1961. As the 48th IRS commissioner, Brother Koskinen presided over the nation’s tax system, which collected approximately $2.4 trillion in tax revenue
