Welcome to the Sigma Chi Washington Alumni Chapter

Meet Up With Local Brothers

Whether it’s our monthly luncheons, happy hours, or special events like our annual congressional reception and holiday party, we’ve got a variety of great opportunities to keep the bonds of brotherhood alive and well.

Helping Our Younger Brothers

College is expensive, and we want to do our part to help support our local undergraduate brothers.

Supporting the Academic Needs of Today’s Undergraduate Brothers

In fall 2019, we created the Washington Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund to support the undergraduate chapters and brothers in the greater D.C. area.

Help us raise $25,000 to fully establish this fund with the Sigma Chi Foundation so that it can distribute $1,000 per year to a qualified, worthy undergraduate.

A Storied Legacy

The Washington Alumni Chapter has been a part of the DMV community since 1889, and throughout the years has developed a rich history and tradition. Pictured here is Significant Sig & U.S. House of Representatives Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, MARYLAND 1963.
